Day 21, Saturday, July 14, 2007

Happy Birthday Sister Beth!

Another glorious day on the coast of Maine. Unforturately, Tim & Dea had to get back home and left at noon after yet one more lobster roll lunch. We stopped at a lobster pound just north of Mt. Desert Island which we noticed was always busy. They prepare their rolls one way and one way only! They seemed to be upset that we would even ask for something different. People on the East Coast generally have been very friendly, but not the people who work the lobster pounds. Smug is the best description.

After all the lobster while Tim & Dea were here, we went out and bought hamburger to cook on the grill for dinner. It's hard to admit because we always make fun of other campers eating hamburgers and hot dogs, but it was really good.

All pictures were added to the last three days, so go back and have a look.

The last lobster roll with Brother T and Sister D. Bread not bun. Not toasted. NO butter. Lobster not warm. What's that lettuce doing on a Lobstah Roll?
